GTG Financial Is Diamond Certified!

We are celebrating!!

GTG Financial is incredibly proud to announce we have earned the prestigious Diamond Certified award.

This award is highly sought after, and only earned by Companies independently rated “Highest in Quality and Helpful Expertise” in ongoing studies of client satisfaction.  GTG Financial received enthusiastic client comments and remarks in a study conducted of 163 past clients.

Diamond Certified uses a 12 step rating and certification by pulling a random sample of past clients from our company’s database, and typically surveys 100 customers by phone.  Not only do the clients rate the Company on a scale of 1-10 for quality, they also indicate their willingness to return o r refer other clients to the company and specify if they received helpful expertise if they needed it.  Most companies cannot pass the rating because a survey score of greater than 90 on a 100 scale is required.

And, the cherry on top? We are the ONLY Mortgage Broker in Northern California to receive this certification!
