GTG Financial was founded in early 2017 by Glenn Groves and Elise Groves, a mother-and-son duo with decades of combined lending experience. After their previous brokerage was acquired by Caliber Home Loans in 2016, they decided to branch out and establish a company dedicated to combining technology, education, and personalized service.

Elise Groves has been a licensed real estate broker since 1979, with over 30 years of experience in the lending industry. She has built a reputation for unwavering integrity and unmatched expertise.

Glenn Groves, GTG’s CEO, brings a dynamic mix of leadership and dedication to the team. He started as Elise’s notary at age 18, in 2004, then left to serve in the military after high school. After serving five years in the United States Marine Corps, Glenn returned in 2010 to work alongside Elise, learning the business from the ground up as first a processor and then moving full-time into origination.

Together, they have built a company grounded in trust, adaptability, and a deep understanding of the lending landscape. The name GTG reflects Glenn’s initials—Glenn Thomas Groves—symbolizing his personal commitment to clients and the company’s values.
